Luxury isn't a price point. It's how you make someone feel the moment they enter a space.
I've never fit in one box. I was the only girl among brothers and male cousins in a tight close family. Curly, poofy short hair. Left-handed in a right-handed world. No one looked like me in school. Not one kid! The only one with these big hazel-honey eyes. I liked purple, not pink. I was shy, and I was made fun of at times and yet I loved school. I aced 1st year of piano in just one month. I love languages and other cultures, still do. I helped other kids new to the US learn English. And art and music fascinated me. I still keep trying to learn all forms of it even the party theme decorator and designer of family and friends for many rooms. I learned early on that I saw things and life differently, and for a long time I thought that was something to fix as I was bullied and felt shame for it. It took a couple of decades and exploring 37 countries to understand it was the whole point.
I notice what others pass by.
The light in a room and how it shifts a mood, a workflow, the start of a romance or the end of one. An elderly person in a wheelchair meeting a public space that was never built for them, I take note. The detail that decides where a larger work of art or a built-in belongs. The story a space is quietly telling. It turns out that level of observation made me a natural brand strategist. Across every project, the core principle was identical: environments register deeply with people, and I know how to shape that experience.
That conviction was built over eighteen years in brand strategy, international sales education, and high-touch client experience working for Fortune 100 prestige companies across the Americas since a young age. Traveling from Alaska to Buenos Aires and the Caribbean, while earning an MBA with distinction from Florida International University. Born in New York City, raised in Miami, shaped by finally embracing the very things that once set me apart. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and conversational Portuguese, with a father who built his life in hospitality in NYC and a great-grandfather whose land and real estate instincts helped shape Coral Gables itself in its early days.
Now I adapt all of this into my advisory business. I look at a residential property the way a brand looks at what it's about to launch. I find the story it's trying to tell, make it impossible to ignore, and present it so the right person enters and feels it. The license is how I help. The eye is why people call.
My approach is intuitive, curious, and thorough, built for people who expect more than a sign in the yard and photos that don't do their home justice.
I advise owners and investors weighing whether to sell, update, or hold, always with their best interest first. And I have a growing passion for guiding relocating families who want the real Miami, not the version they see in the media, during Art Basel or visiting for a professional sporting event.
Working across three levels from Property Positioning Assessment, for owners who want to know exactly what's helping or hurting their property before they make a move. Property styling, for those ready to prepare and present. And full listing representation, for sellers who do not wish to sell their property on their own and seeking professional licensed advising.
Different doors, for different reasons, same standard.
So why "Doors" to Real Estate?
While traveling for business and leisure, I kept noticing that some doors were true works of art, each one telling a story of culture, of courage, of what waits on the other side. Every property has a door that protects it and opens to new beginnings. That fascination became the symbol of my brand, and it grew into a photography practice I still keep, collecting doors wherever I go. Doors to Real Estate was built on one belief: every property has a story the market needs to hear. My work is to open doors that go beyond the transaction and make sure the story behind yours gets told right. Once you see doors through my eyes, you'll never see them the same.
